| I'm working on building this site with shopping cart technology and automated check-out. For now, however, just look through the site and send me an e-mail with the parts you need. Enclose your zip code and I'll get you a total with shipping. If you're paying with PayPal, please include the zip for your PayPal Confirmed Address, as we must ship to that address. Payment We accept payment via PayPal or money order. We don't take credit cards directly at this time.
Shipping We ship most items via UPS, although we use US Postal Service for some small items. Large items such as engines are usually shipped via Forward Air. We charge you the actual shipping cost -- we don't jack up the cost or add any "handling" fees. You'll get an automated e-mail with shipping confirmation and the tracking number when we ship via UPS or USPS. Returns We do not accept returns without prior consent. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. The return package must have a RA number on the label or it will be refused from the shipper. We only accept returns if the part doesn't match the item as described. Please make sure the part is the right size, color, model, etc., before you order. We do not accept returns on electrical parts. International Orders Minimum purchase for shipment outside the U.S. is $250. We only accept Western Union as payment for international orders -- we do not accept PayPal or money orders for these transactions due to the high frequency of fraud. We only ship UPS internationally. Keep in mind that international delivery can be quite expensive, and that the buyer is responsible for all taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, etc. |
